I think one challenge is this onus on...Great post!! I think one challenge is this onus on young people to educate the older generation in efficiency (probably always a challenge). I am amazed how just a span of 10 years of life will cause a language barrier about technology. There are so few jobs in my head that could not either be 1) child friendly workplaces OR 2)allow for extended time off. I also think the word "career" is faulty in our society. I blame institutions of higher education, family, society, the works. We need a new word because "career" doesn't lend itself to the long-term, perhaps back-to-school later than earlier, nature that today's careers often seem to take. I know so few people that pick The Career and stick with it.
